Is there someone at Fresh Start Dental who can walk me through the process?

Yes. We realize that receiving dental implants is a life-changing event that will be with you for decades to come. It’s an exciting step, but also a big one. And one that has financial implications. We’ve created someone specifically to help you: our Fresh Start Care Coordinator. Every Fresh Start patient has a Care Coordinator dedicated to them from the minute they contact us. Your Care Coordinator is an expert in helping you find out how to maximize coverage and financing options so your costs are minimized.

What should I watch out for or pay attention to as I decide on my treatment solution?

Be careful: many other facilities will try to lure patients in with low “implant prices.” Then, charge separately for the placement, or the crown on top of the implant, or the “abutment.” Make sure you know all your costs up front—and don’t be lured by a really low initial price. Fresh Start’s prices are all-inclusive and guaranteed for the treatment plan we outline.

Also, make sure that your implant is placed by an oral surgeon, not a general dentist. The oral surgeon knows much more about where your nerves are, how the implant placement might affect your sinuses, and other key elements of a detailed solution. And ask about technology: is your plan based on a CT scan of your bone, sinuses, and nerves?

Finally, find out if they use full anesthesia as an option to manage your pain. Oral surgeons are able to use methods of pain management which are not available to general dentists.

These make a real difference in your treatment and outcome—and Fresh Start uses them all.

What is a general price/how much does a single implant solution cost?

Solutions start at $3,500; the implant itself is priced at $1,400. Our pricing is all inclusive—a CT to determine nerve placement, all treatment plans, the implant placement, and the creation of the tooth replacement which goes on the implant. And our work is guaranteed. The implants we use are guaranteed for life.

What is the general price/how much does replacing multiple teeth in a single jaw solution cost?

Solutions start at $12,300. We also have a $4,950 alternative to full implant placement called Denta-LockTM. Our pricing is all inclusive—a CT to determine nerve placement, all treatment plans, the implant placement, and the creation of the tooth replacements which go on the implant. And our work is guaranteed. The full implants we use are guaranteed for life.

What is the general price/how much does replacing both jaws—a full set of teeth—cost?

Solutions start at $30,000. We also have a $9,000 alternative to full implant placement called Denta-LockTM. Our pricing is all inclusive—a CT to determine nerve placement, all treatment plans, the implant placement, and the creation of the tooth replacements which go on the implant. And our work is guaranteed. The full implants we use are guaranteed for life.

Implant solutions seem so expensive. Why?

Implants are an investment in your long term health, self-confidence, and lifestyle. Nothing on the market today provides the same benefits to patients:

  • It is the only solution in dentistry today which virtually eliminates bone loss. Even the loss of one tooth begins a process of jawbone deterioration. And the other teeth will move to compensate for this loss. Your entire mouth adjusts to the gap.
  • It provides you the most functionality. The difference between dentures and an implant-based solution is night and day.
  • It is a permanent solution. Other solutions such as bridges last 7-10 years, requiring you to replace them. For dentures, every year you should have them relined, which can cost $600-$1,200. And dentures also must be replaced every 7 years or so. Implants are clinically shown to be in place for over 20 years.
  • Finally, this is a relatively complex surgical procedure. The implant goes directly into your jawbone—and can affect your nerves and sinuses. Done correctly, it is quite intensive. Done incorrectly, there is significant risk for damage to key areas of your face. Doing this right should be your first objective.
