We realize that our dental care is a life-changing event that will be with you for decades to come. It’s an exciting step, but also a big one. And one that has financial implications. Fresh Start commits to be with you every step of the way in your lifestyle transition. We’ve created someone specifically to help you: our Fresh Start Care Coordinator. Every Fresh Start patient has a Care Coordinator dedicated to them from the minute they contact us.

Your Care Coordinator is an expert in helping you find out how to maximize coverage and financing options so your costs are minimized.

Your Care Coordinator will help ensure any available insurance coverage is maximized. Care Coordinators are experts in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs). They are familiar with other options which use pre-tax funds to help pay for services. There are also financing alternatives and payment plans available to our patients who choose to use them.

Once you have had your initial consultation with your specialist, our Care Coordinators will be happy to spend time reviewing these options with you. Depending on your insurance coverage, our Care Coordinators’ expertise can save as much as 30% to 40% of out of pocket expenses for your care.
